First restored room!

It was a long road for us to restore and save this room.
It is the smallest room in the house but in the worst condition.

 Room was packed with old furniture and strong smell of dump and mold was in the air.

When we emptied the room we discovered that two walls were dump and covered with mold.

Soon after the cleanup we started treating walls with anti mold and dump chemicals.  This is image few hours after first treatment. The old water drainage pipe was replaced and the wall stayed dry after that. Still, we wanted to be sure and left the room to dry for one year before starting any reparation work.

This is one year later, just before restoration work start. As you can see there is no mold, and the walls are dry and ready to be fixed.

Flooring is here!

Leveling the floor before we put the laminate flooring on. Still wet but so satisfying to watch clean room.

And the floor is finished! Room is painted and everything is clean and ready for the furniture.

And first furniture is placed inside:

This is not the final look, and the furniture is not for this room. This is temporary just so that we can use it now and continue working on the rest of the house. We still need to strip and paint windows, but the room is usable.
I am so happy how it turned up and cannot wait for the rest of the house to be this beautiful and new!
