First restored room!
It was a long road for us to restore and save this room. It is the smallest room in the house but in the worst condition. Room was packed with old furniture and strong smell of dump and mold was in the air. When we emptied the room we discovered that two walls were dump and covered with mold. Soon after the cleanup we started treating walls with anti mold and dump chemicals. This is image few hours after first treatment. The old water drainage pipe was replaced and the wall stayed dry after that. Still, we wanted to be sure and left the room to dry for one year before starting any reparation work. This is one year later, just before restoration work start. As you can see there is no mold, and the walls are dry and ready to be fixed. Fixing walls in process. Flooring is here!
