Baby steps

In next few weeks we continued with cleaning and emptying the house. My family really had a problem with getting rid of things, like ever. So, even now, few months after the initial cleaning action, we still have a lot to do. Until we declutter the rest of the house we are doing small house reparations and renovations. 

The old drainage pipe was ruptured and the wall on that side of the house was wet and the mold started to appear inside. So, the first thing we did was to replace all drain pipes with new ones.

Also, we treated the wall with anti mold solution. There is still dirt marks on the wall, but when the wall is totally dry we will do the plaster work and paint it. You can see in the after photos that the mold is almost cleaned.

We also cut off wild trees on the back side of yard in order to make the parking spots in the future.

After the trees are cut. We still need to pull out the tree trunks and level the ground in order to make the ramp for cars.
Still a lot to do, but it makes me happy every time we move one step closer to the finish.
